STEP ONE
MEET AND GREET

Our priority is the dogs wellbeing, by giving them this initial introduction we can start to build trust from the moment we meet which makes their transition into day care go smoothly, without stress or anxiety. The meet and greet also gives us and you a chance to meet before we do the behavioural assessment. You can have a look round the daycare and we can answer any questions you may have, we pride ourselves on being authentic and transparent to bring owners optimum peace of mind.

STEP TWO
BEHAVIOURAL ASSESSMENT

The behavioural assessment is necessary to help us figure out if daycare is best suited to your dog. During the assessment we observe your dogs behaviour when exposed to certain everyday stimuli, for e.g. we bring in a member of staff your dog hasn't met before and see how they react, this is called the stranger test. This is just one of the things we do to help us figure out if daycare is the place for them. Don't worry! Your dog will be none the wiser of the test as its very informal and relaxed, we also do a ‘food’ test which means TREATS! All of our assessments are carried out by trained members of staff in our assessment lounge. 

STEP THREE
DAYCARE

As soon as your dog has passed the assessment, you can book him/her in as soon as you like, we have a 3 month settling in period which allows us to monitor their enjoyment of day care closely, we do this to ensure they like the environment and also if there is anything we can do to improve their time here.
